CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests may cancel their booking up to 90 calendar days before the event start time for a full refund, including all fees.

Cancellations made between 90 and 14 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding any fees.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the event start time.
